Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

TURN-AROUND TIME:

Our current processing time is about 3-5 business days (Mon-Fri) on average, however, during peak wedding season it may take a bit longer. We do our best to ship your order as fast as possible, please keep in mind that the estimated ship date we provide you is NOT binding.

VERY IMPORTANT: If you have a NEED-BY-DATE, please message us prior to purchasing your item(s) and we will do everything in our power to get your order out on time. 

SHIPPING:

Most of our packages are shipped with USPS First Class.

Shipping times within the US according to USPS information (not including processing times):

First Class: 2-5 business days
Priority Mail: 2-3 business days
Express Mail: 1-2 business days

Due to time restraints we do not always send a tracking number, however, feel free to message us and we will gladly send it to you.

 

At this time we do not ship internationally.

LIABILITY:

We cannot be held responsible for any lost, damaged or delayed packages once they leave our shop. All packages come with a default insurance of . All shipping information is to our best knowledge and according to the information available from the USPS website. We cannot guarantee it.

INCORRECT/INCOMPLETE INPUT OF SHIPPING ADDRESS OR NEED BY DATE:

If you entered a wrong shipping address when ordering or you forgot to make a note of your need by date at checkout and you
contact us immediately after placing the order via Email. We will do our best to accommodate that change, however we cannot guarantee it.

We are not responsible for any inconvenience, lost package, delays or extra charges that might apply for you to get the package to the new address. We do our best to honor a change of address request but we need to trust our customers to know their correct address and input it correctly in the checkout process. If a package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange purchase of a re-shipping fee to the correct address. If you fail to do so within 5 business days after we informed you about the returned package, your item/s will be donated to a charitable cause.

 

Please make sure to double check your address including apartment number if applicable and your zip code.

Return & Exchange Policy

CANCELLATIONS:

Sorry, but all our products are made to order, we cannot accept any cancellations once the order is placed.

EXCHANGES:

 

There are very few exceptions where we might agree to an exchange. In this case, if you contact us and we give you authorization to send an item back you will need to do so within 5 business days. We recommend that you purchase tracking with your return. Once we receive the returned item(s) in new, unworn, unwashed, no perfume, no smoke, undamaged etc. condition, we will send you a link to purchase re-shipping. Should we consider the item(s) nonreturnable because it does not fulfill above mentioned conditions, we can send it back to you, however, you will also have to pay for shipping within 5 business days again. If you fail to do so, we will donate the item(s). So please make sure that the shirt is in perfect condition before you consider an exchange.

REFUNDS and OOPSIES

If we made a mistake on your order, we apologize and we will work diligently with you to get the correct product to you as soon as possible. However we are unable to refund you for the order or any shipping charges, even if your event has passed. We cannot urge you enough to order in plenty of time to account for any human error. 


Please inspect your package immediately after receipt. If the outer packaging is damaged and it looks like your order might be damaged or stained as well, please do not open the package but go to your local post office with it to file a claim. We cannot file a claim for you in this case, because we do not have the package to proof the damage here.

In order to claim a replacement from us, follow these steps:

1) Send us a very clear picture of the damaged or wrongly sent item within 3 business days after receiving your package. After 3 business days we can no longer send out a replacement since the item might have been worn, washed and damaged in the process, no exceptions!

2) Once we review the pictures, we will ask for further information if needed. When we ask you to return the item(s) in question please bring it to the post office within 5 business days. We also very strongly recommend to purchase tracking. If we do not receive the item back and you have no proof of delivery, we cannot replace it. In some cases we will not ask for a return but send you a replacement right away.
